1. RF Site Survey
   This on-site service determines the optimal number, placement, and configuration of wireless access point to provide the required RF coverage in the desired areas of your facility. Specifications are developed for the required network layout, cabling, bridges, and hubs. We guarantee every site survey for 90 Days.
   NOTE: We cannot support a site survey warranty if devices have been installed or specified for an environment, which presents challenges beyond the designed capabilities of those devices.

   RF Site Survey Process:

   • Orientation: An initial meeting with the Client to determine exact areas where RF data collection is required to meet Client's expectation as defined in the pre-survey sales documentation.
   • RF Coverage Testing: Our certified engineer conducts the site survey and environmental study to establish the exact location of each network access point, the positioning of the antennas and to determine if the environment is conducive to the success of the system.
   • Recap: A meeting with Client to review findings of Site Survey, providing the Client the ability to ask any questions prior to the site survey summary.
   • After all data is collected and analyzed, a comprehensive Site Survey Report is generated and sent to the client.
   
   
2. RF Installation
   Our Professional Services team can install the system designed for you during the site survey. This includes pre/post installation walkthroughs, contractor technical assistance, and acceptance testing. Our engineer is available for go-live support during production implementation and technical training for your support staff.
