Customization Base Application

Customization of a base application begins with an Application & Software Analyst meeting with you to determine and define the changes that need to be made. The Analyst then creates a specification reflecting those changes and presents it to you for review. When you are satisfied with the design, the Analyst obtains an estimate for the project, and creates a Statement of Work reflecting the cost. Once you have signed the Statement of Work, an Application & Software Project Manager schedules the development and maintains contact with you throughout the project
